The Agreement

This Selfish30 Challenge Agreement (Agreement) is between MN Media Pty Ltd (ABN 77 669 530 312) of Sydney, New South Wales (we, us, our) and the person buying Selfish 30 (you, your). It sets out the terms of your access to the Selfish 30 program (Program).

By completing your purchase, you confirm you have read and agree to this Agreement. It takes effect on the date of purchase.

No. 01

The Program

Selfish 30 runs from 1 November to 30 November. It includes:

• a short daily video from Margarita Nazarenko, released each morning in the Selfish 30 course on our Kajabi platform
• downloadable resources, including The Diary guides, a tick-off chart and phone wallpapers
• optional access to a private WhatsApp group (the WhatsApp Lounge), run by our team.

The current inclusions and schedule are described on the Selfish 30 page. We may adjust the format, timing or delivery of content where reasonably needed, without reducing the overall value of what you bought.

Access. You get access to the Program content in your library for 2 years from your purchase date. After that, access ends. Please download any resources you want to keep before then. The 2-year access doesn't apply to the WhatsApp Lounge, which is open for the 30 days of the Program only and closes after that.

Licence. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Program for your own personal use during your access period. We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you seriously breach this Agreement, such as by sharing your login or our content.

No. 02

Your account

When you buy, you'll get an email to set up your login. Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

Your login is for you only. Don't share your login, password, course links or the WhatsApp Lounge invite link with anyone else. Sharing them is a serious breach of this Agreement.

We'll use your email to send you Program updates and other information from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and you'll still receive emails you need for the Program.

No. 03

Payment

The Program costs $87 USD, paid in full at checkout. There is no payment plan. Your bank or card provider converts the price to your local currency and may charge its own conversion or international transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

By purchasing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the full price. Your access begins once payment is processed.

No. 04

Refunds

Because Selfish 30 is a digital program and you get access to content as soon as you buy, we don't offer refunds if you change your mind. Not watching the videos, not joining the WhatsApp Lounge or not finishing the Program doesn't entitle you to a full or partial refund.

 If you have a technical problem that stops you accessing the content, or you were charged twice by mistake, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Your wellbeing

Educational only. The Program shares Margarita's personal experience, ideas and practical steps for personal development. It is general information only. It is not psychological, psychiatric, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not therapy, counselling or a substitute for professional care.

Use your own judgement. You choose which steps to take and how. Some daily steps involve relationships, boundaries, spending or money conversations. Only spend what you can afford, and adapt any step that doesn't suit your health, finances or circumstances.

Your safety comes first. If you are in a relationship or situation where setting boundaries, saying no or walking away could put you at risk, don't follow a step in a way that compromises your safety. Please seek support from a qualified professional.

Getting help. If you are struggling with your mental health or feel unsafe, please contact a qualified professional. In Australia you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14, 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732, or 000 in an emergency. Outside Australia, contact your local emergency or crisis services.

No guaranteed results. Everyone's situation is different, and your results depend on things like your circumstances, effort and the choices you make. We don't promise or guarantee any particular outcome, emotional, relational, financial or otherwise. Anything shared by Margarita or other members about their own experience is not a promise of your results.

No. 06

The WhatsApp Lounge

Joining the WhatsApp Lounge is optional. It is a women-only group run by our team. The group is open for the 30 days of the Program (1 to 30 November) only. After that, it closes and is no longer available. WhatsApp is a third-party app with its own terms and privacy policy, and we're not responsible for how it operates.

Your number is visible. Other members can see your phone number and profile in the group. Only join if you're comfortable with that.

Lounge rules. When you take part, you agree to:

• be kind and respectful to other members and our team
• keep what other members share in the group private, and not screenshot or share it outside the group
• not promote, advertise or sell your own products, services or coaching, or message members to do so
• not post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory or sexually explicit, or anything you don't have the right to share.

You're responsible for what you post. We can't guarantee the privacy of anything you share in the group, so please think before you post. We may remove any message, or remove anyone from the group, if we believe these rules have been broken. Removal from the group for breaking these rules doesn't entitle you to a refund.

No. 07

Sharing on social

If you choose to post publicly about Selfish 30 and tag #selfish30 or @margarita.nazarenko, you agree that we may reshare that post on our social media channels, crediting your account. We won't use your posts in paid advertising, or share anything from the WhatsApp Lounge publicly, without first asking your permission. If you'd like a reshare taken down, email us and we'll remove it.

No. 08

Intellectual property

All Program content, including the videos, The Diary guides, tick-off chart, wallpapers, written materials, the Hotel Selfish and Selfish 30 names, branding and designs, is owned by us or used under licence and is protected by copyright and other laws.

You may use the content for your own personal use only. You must not copy, record, screenshot, download (except resources we provide as downloads), share, sell, republish, adapt, teach or use any of it for commercial purposes, or use it to create your own program, without our written permission.

Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any of our content or branding to you.

No. 09

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law:

• you are responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on the Program
• we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your choices, other members' posts or third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Kajabi or your bank
• where our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the Program again or refunding the price you paid.

Indemnity. You agree to cover any loss or cost we reasonably incur because you breached this Agreement, for example by sharing our content or posting unlawful material in the WhatsApp Lounge.

No. 10

Privacy, changes & delays

Privacy. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this Agreement. We may update this Agreement from time to time. If a change materially affects you, we'll let you know by email. Changes won't reduce the access you've already paid for.

Things outside our control. If something beyond our reasonable control, such as a platform outage, internet failure, illness or natural disaster, delays any part of the Program, we'll let you know and deliver it as soon as reasonably possible.

No. 11

The general bits

• Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. This doesn't remove any consumer protections you have under the laws of the place you live.
• Whole agreement. This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement between you and us about the Program.
• Severability. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or removed, and the rest continues to apply.
• No waiver. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.
• Transfer. You can't transfer your access or this Agreement to anyone else.
